      Aaplog kaise ho, I think aap log achhe honge ,
Dosto Aap me se kayi log aise hai jo dusro ki bato ko apne mind me lekr pura din kharab kr dete hai.
Jb hme ya hmare bare me koe achhi bat karta hai to vha hame khushi bhut deta hai. Or ham pure din achha feel karte hai. Sath hi ham Office, ghar ya kisi dusre workshop me hm aisa kr jate hai jo koe or nahi kr pa rha hota hai. Means jb koe bhi achhi  bat sunata apne bare me to vh bhut khush rahta hai.
   Lekin Dosto, Jb koe hamare bare me galat bat bolta hai ya burayi karte hai ya kuchh aisa bol dete hai jo hme bura lgta hai. Jiski vjah se hm bhut paresan ho jate hai. Hmare mind me aneko negative thought aane lagte hai. Kabhi kabhi to kuchh log etna soch me dub jate hai ki ve log khud ki jan bhi le lete hai.

 Lekin dosto aap hi socho agar koe bhi frk padega aap k life pr unki bato se. unki bate n to hame khane k liye degi n hi sukun se rahne. To hm kyo un negative bato ko apne mind me laye or un negative bato se apne life ko barbad kare.
  Dosto hme ya kisi bhi person ko possotive bato ko hi yad rakhne chahiye .Negative bato ko yad hi nahi karna chahiye.

Hmesa agar aap negative thought ko ignore kroge to aap jindagi me hamesa bdenge. Esliye dosto aap negative thought ko ignore kiya kro.
